Had issues getting my keys from the front office, staff are rarely where they are supposed to be in the office and most don’t know where to get your stuff from

I have never posted a negative review but I feel it’s my responsibility to let y’all know how EXPLOITATIVE and unprofessional this establishment is. It’s owned by a slum-lord property management company so don’t expect them to care or even respond to your communications. Our entire place was renovated while our lease was active aka while we were still living in our place it was trashed, unsafe, loud, and filled with strangers. No accommodations provided of course. If you have any problems, you’ll have to jump through hoops to even speak with a human.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE! The wifi was out monthly going down for around 2 weeks during the longest stretch, and was not high speed like they claim, for all of you gamers. The wifi was even going down during finals week, AS RENOVATIONS WERE BEING DONE. They were waking everyone on the block up with noise as we had finals it was unbelievable and I don’t know how that can be allowed, especially for college students working towards their futures. It would be a disservice to pay for your kid to live here if they are planning on taking classes.
