Great job as usual!
Very impressed with the service received on my A/C unit from Stephen with Diamond Air Design. It was a big job, but Stephen battled through in the heat and did a great job. I recommend Diamond Air Design. They have a great team of technicians.
** Updated as of Sept 9, 2026** I emailed Diamond Air Design for assistance with a warranty claim on a Mitsubishi mini-split system I had them install on my tiny house. My indoor unit decided it wanted to leak out via the copper tubing that connects to the evap coils (diagnosed via another HVAC tech). I just got off of the phone with Kay (Or if there is another woman working there) this morning, who provided one of the worst customer service interactions I have experienced.
