Cute place to live.

5 out of 5 Dee

I was incredibly stressed about finding an apartment in Denver, as it was my first time living alone in years. Then I walked into Evo, and Austin was a patient angel sent from the rental gods. During the nearly seven months I've lived here, Austin was an exceptional community manager. His door was always open, and he consistently made time to answer questions and explain things clearly, patiently, and kindly. I never felt like I was inconveniencing him. He genuinely seemed to care about residents and worked hard to ensure that changes and policies were communicated transparently.

I've lived here a year. The building is fine, but since applying for my apartment last year there have been 3 management companies and 4 managers. You will get no warning. You'll wake up and be told that there's new management. They will not honor any agreements with past managers even with email evidence. New payment apps, garage protocol, etc every month or two. If you don't want a headache dealing with management, look elsewhere.
