I have used first call heating and air twice- both for emergency AC repair. Both times they had someone over in less than one hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem, offered different solutions, made the repair, and charged a fair price. I will absolutely be using them again. It is near impossible these days to find reliable AC repair companies that can come quickly, offer personal feedback, remember your name, and not try to charge “an arm and a leg “ for doing so. You won’t regret using them
Highly recommend! My AC went out and the bigger companies couldn’t get to me until the next day. First Call got to my house, found the problem, replaced the part, and had my AC back up and running within an hour. Fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely call him again!
Steven came and fixed our AC same day at 8pm and stayed until 9:30 to make sure everything was working properly. Steven was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend his services!
