HOC took out and replaced carpeting in my bedrooms. They were very responsive and professional from start to finish. Pricing was very competitive and reasonable. First of all, Rich has the patience of a saint! It took me so many samples before I was able to decide on "just the right one". Once I decided, the installation was withing two weeks and it was perfect. Every morning when I get up and step on my beautiful carpet, I am so happy with the way it looks and feels. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, Rich gave me a better price than anyone else!
