Love this place! My boyfriend has lived here for over a year and I just moved in this year. Any problem we’ve needed done has been taken care of in amazing time. All of the common areas are always clean and up to date. Also the location is top tier with the baseball field in the back and everything else walking distance really. 10/10!!!
I currently live here and it is awful. I had a .27 payment due and was harassed about it. I dont have a problem paying it, the issue is that these apartments aren't worth the harassment. Each year I have lived here there are roaches and bugs everywhere. The other residents are disgusting and there is nothing done about it. Dog pee and hair are almost always in the hallways. You cant tour the apartment that you are actually getting until you have already signed your lease. And once you sign your lease, you cannot get out of it.
I lived here for two years… Honestly it’s a great location. You’re basically 15-20 minutes away from hotspots and major hangouts in the city. It’s very convenient and a genuinely a good spot. It’s very close to UAB campus. It took me 7-8 minutes to walk to school everyday. You should never have to drive to car to school. Unless you genuinely hate walking. Bring your own furniture. Anything they “offer” you in the package, will be broken. Useless. Ineffective. Even if it’s not. They will certainly charge you for it. My biggest complaint in my time living here was my blinds.
