I’ve been a tenant here for a little while now and have been really happy with my apartment and the management. I’m honestly not sure why this complex has so many bad reviews, as I personally haven’t had or seen any issues with the building or maintenance. The management, specially Tre and Darlene have been a great help whenever I’ve had questions or needed something taken care of. They’re pretty friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here so far and I’ll keep updating this review as I spend more time here.
I've lived here for 4 and a half years so far, seeing lots of bad reviews here but honestly I've had a pretty par for the course normal time living here. The one hiccup was two years in there was flooding from a burst pipe, that probably could have been stopped if it was fixed properly the first time. But other than that I haven't had many problems. Management does frequently change as the comments say, but to be honest I'm not sure why..
Very disappointing experience overall. The management was unhelpful, communication was poor, and the whole process felt frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend living here based on my experience.
