Tony was on time and was extremely polite and professional. After diagnosing the issue he clearly explained everything and fixed it at once. I Highly recommend Tony to anyone who wants reliable appliance repair.
As a local Realtor, I only recommend professionals I can personally vouch for, and Tony at JT Appliance Inc. is absolutely one of them. I reached out to him by mistake, actually meaning to text another company, and instead of brushing me off he went out of his way to help. My Whirlpool refrigerator had started cycling on and off and flashing an error, and I was bracing for a costly service call and days without a fridge. Tony diagnosed it from a few photos, walked me through the reset step by step, and had it working again without charging me a thing. Honest, responsive, and genuinely kind.
Honest and straightforward- My refrigerator was not working and the compressor was not turning on. Toni came in and diagnosed the problem was either with the relay turning the compressor on or the compressor. Hee gave me a price if it was the relay and told me that if it was the compressor he would recommend replacing the unit Straightforward no fluff answer He tried a part for the relay. It fixed the refrigerator and I’m up and running Very happy with the service and the price
