Katherine was amazing to work with from the initial sit down to closing...and even beyond! We went under contract DAY ONE of showings!! She has a very tasteful approach and vision. Kat is simply the best! She took such good care of us in the biggest family decision of our lives. When we called her, we had no idea what the process of selling our old home, or buying a new one, would be like. She held our hands through all of it, taking it slow when things needed explanation, moving fast when deals needed to be made, communicating always, and always with OUR best interest in mind. Through all the wonderful things she did, three things stood out the most. First, I'll never forget the slideshow she put together to present the plan for selling the old house.

Hands down the best realtor in Rolla! Tons of hurdles to jump purchasing our home but she made it smooth! And tolerated all our texts, calls and messages.
