Absolutely LOVE Bri!! She is so warm and knowledgeable; answered all my questions and gave helpful info on which apartment would be best for me; she was an overall joy to be around! 😁 Love the staff at Kestra Apartments!
Update: Called after below response from the “owner”, left message for call back and never received a call. Left total of four messages. Shame on this leasing company for trying to rent apartments with balconies being held up by construction equipment and then locking the inside doors and keeping the keys inviting liability and possible disaster. Even worse is stealing money from young Disney professionals who rescinded their application due to safety concerns. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY on UNSAFE living conditions!
Avoid renting from Kestra if you value transparency and fair treatment. We toured an apartment and were told about ongoing balcony construction, but once we moved forward and later developed serious safety concerns, Kestra refused to refund our application and administrative fees — even though we never moved in. Their response cited a 48-hour withdrawal window and claimed the unit was "reserved" for us, essentially putting the burden on us for identifying a safety issue after the fact.
