The staff at Metropolis for the most part are professional, friendly, and the views at the location are amazing. However, one of the guards named Andrew Conde was quite disrespectful, rude, and lazy with a horrible attitude as we were going in. He also made my cousin feel very uncomfortable. He is a creep who does not respect boundaries and touched people's waist without consent!
Warm & Positive I had a really pleasant experience at Metropolis. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was smooth and comfortable. Everything was well-managed, and I appreciated the professional and welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend Metropolis for a good experience!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! HOA is over $1000 a month and it is not worth it for what you get at all. Parking is a mess and they make it so hard for guests to visit you. Plenty of better options in DTLA.
