Excellent place to live! It has a great location, close to stores, supermarkets, and schools, which makes it very convenient. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it is handled very quickly. I especially want to recognize Carlos and Angel for their excellent work. They are professional, efficient, and always do a great job. I highly recommend this place!

Unprofessional Mangement. Office always closed during business hours even though it’s supposed to be open. They also have the manger Bertha leaving 5 star reviews when she doesn’t even live there.

Apartments were cheaply built, the floor boards were always coming up. Packages were always stolen, and was told I wasn’t allowed to have a ring camera. Also $100 was missing from my deposit at move out. The move out ledger showed it was unaccounted for yet after many emails and calls no response. 3 months later I received a email from a collection company saying I owed $115 when at move out all balances were paid. They expect me to pay them while also owing me money.
