Best apartment complex we've ever lived at. Not only is it beautiful (such lovely fruit trees and plants!) but the staff is exceptional. They keep the shared spaces like laundry rooms extremely clean, maintenance is very quick (often same day), office is friendly, and security is thoughtful (tucking away packages onto our porch at night if they walked past them and saw they're still out). The apartments themselves are also nicely put together, and the neighborhood is safe. Plum Orchards left a great impression of us and is the benchmark we now use when finding other apartments.
