Had my AC/Heat Pump installed in August. Jim is very professional. After speaking with Jim about the issues with my AC/Heat Pump I was convinced he was the guy I felt most comfortable with. Knowledgeable, and experienced. His crew was professional in all aspects. Best part, he takes care of everything including warranty paperwork and rebates. I highly recommend Polar Bear Air to handle all HVAC issues.
Victoria and the staff are so thoughtful and wonderful, they installed a A/C system in our home, and now do the yearly maintenance to the A/C system, the A/C works great and never had any problems with the system since it was installed, I would highly recommend this company, all the staff is kind , professional and knowledgeable!
