After calling an endless list of repair companies and repeatedly being told that they didn't service LG refrigerators (apparently this is a thing?), I was finally victorious with PowerOn. Our "top of the line" LG fridge went kaput during the extended warranty period, but we were tasked with finding a repair tech. PowerOn not only completed our service quickly & competently, but they also made sure we had all the documentation needed to process our warranty claim. Everyone was kind & professional (from the phone receptionist to the technician) and made scheduling easy.
