My experience with Redpoint Apartments in Norman was extremely disappointing. My daughter had only lived at Redpoint for about one month when an altercation occurred between roommates. Redpoint gave my daughter a 10-day termination notice and required her to move out, while the other girls involved were allowed to remain in the apartment. My daughter had already paid her September rent and ultimately had to move out by September 10.
Beautiful property! Feels like an exclusive gated community but is affordable for all students. Staff is amazing and quick to help in any way. Highly recommend!
If i could give this place less than 1 star i would. They failed in every possible regard except one. The apartment was dirty upon move in and first week of us moving in our first floor ceiling almost came down because a water pipe gave out? My car got hit and ran and NOT A SOUL helped. I had to fight for the footage, literally got into a fight with the front desk guy due to him repeatedly telling me ‘he doesn’t know’ in regards to who i need to talk to to expedite them getting the footage to the police.
