Sunrise Station

Tbh a lot of reviews about this place is bad but tbh this place is great. Maintenance is definitely on point. Management reply fast. The apartment is pretty clean compared to others. Lobby is great. Everything was so much better than when I live in another apartment. This is a great place for its price and it’s good looking too. Tbh if this is your first time and you’re on a budget. It’s definitely the spot for you. If you are to high class then go somewhere else because this is a great spot for its price. Definitely a great start for single and small family.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. Since moving into Sunrise Station, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, the only reason I’m still here is because I’m locked into a lease. The management has been consistently unresponsive and difficult to work with. Simple issues take weeks—or even months—to address, and many times I’ve felt like I had to solve problems on my own because nothing was getting done. The property has ongoing pest issues. I’ve experienced cockroaches and now bed bugs.

I just moved there and so far I like it specially the stuff they are easy to contact and Micheal is very welcoming.
