I highly regret moving into this community; it has been an incredibly stressful experience. The assistant manager Lavon is completely unprofessional, spreads gossip among residents, and explicitly breached my tenant privacy by disclosing confidential complaint information to other neighbors. I have also dealt with ongoing harassment from 2 residents in 5029 Tyler & Corey since December 2025. When I contacted corporate about the constant disruptions to my peace, they refused to get involved, stating it was a police matter.

Be ready to be woken up at 1 am at least once a week by fire alarms that go off for hours and a staff that doesn't seem to care at all. "Secured" apartment with exterior doors that have had broken locks for over a year. Truly the worst apartment experience I've ever had. There is a reason most of the 5 star reviews are from people who only toured here, not residents.
