Overpriced rent for tiny apartments in the ghetto. Good luck getting ahold of the leasing office! They hung up on me after I asked if they accept section 8 and I haven’t been able to get ahold of them since.

Its inconvenient that you guys claim to accept homebase then expect homeless families to be making 2.7 times the rent. If they were making that much money they wouldn't be using homebase. It just seems like you aren't actually looking to accept it. Very disappointing and confusing

The rent is too expensive and the management team doesn't accept Section 8
