Major safety concerns! 🚨 Lockouts, apartment doors that don’t lock, non responsive management, regular transient trespassing & no intervention - someone recently got stuck in the elevator on their way to work, parking gates left jammed open for months allowing strange looking individuals access to sleep in, steal from and roam our “secured building.” And … every Sunday the lobby security alarm that doesn’t actually work sounds of, beeping in error … for the entire day. The last one has been ignored for 2 years!
Erin, the leasing agent, was very helpful. The walkthrough was seamless. She helped answer all my questions and did a wonderful job showing me the spaces that suited my needs. She was upfront about everything which I really appreciated. The Charlie is a wonderful place. A quiet, luxury, boutique apartment complex.
There's an EV charger in the parking garage. It's been over 2 months and these still haven't been set up. I even contacted the charging company and they said it's not in their hands yet because the building hasn't set it up. Classic management company... explains in a microcosm why this place isn't worth renting from
