My experience at this apartment community was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it based on how residents are treated by the management. Living in each place becomes a chapter of your life. Unfortunately, the year I spent living here was one of the worst chapters of mine. The biggest issue was the management. In my experience, the manager, Michelle, was not responsive to residents' concerns. Whenever I brought up a problem, I was often told that it was my responsibility or that I had made a mistake, rather than receiving help in resolving the issue.
Angela was so kind and communicated so well while showing us around on our tour. So thankful for her, she helped us out so much!
