So far it is not as bad as I suspected. Not perfect, but such a thing is impossible.
DO NOT SIGN HERE OR YOU WILL RECIEVE ONGOING ISSUES. This place is absolutely ridiculous my daughter is constantly being overcharged for utilities and her roommates are receiving a lower price for the utilities even though it’s supposed to be divided equally the management does not listen to the residents concerns whatsoever they need completely different staff, this is absolutely unacceptable and they don’t realize the stress they cause these residents and how badly that could be affecting there mental health this is absolutely unacceptable and a change needs to be made and I am looking into going to corporate because of this.
Hi All, We have had several issues with management not assisting the students that live here. Parents please do not have your students stay here. My student is being charged over $400-500 for the last 3 months for utility to stay here and is the only occupant in this apartment. We cannot get anyone from management to help determine the cause or assist in getting the utility company to come check the meter. We submitted tickets for items that needed to be addressed on move-in back in July and are yet to be addressed or resolved. Warning** Stay Away***
