I want to say, that I live at The Groves,and I have been here for 4 years,and out of those 4 years,this is the best property manager that we have had,she gets the job done,and stays on top of it!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I moved in about 48 hours ago and it is horrible. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, unhealthy, roach infested, extremely damaged, non working AC, everything is broken, and even the people employed here have specifically told me that it is horrible. I have already filed 2 maintenance requests for the most prioritized issues for me such as the AC system as well as my master bedroom fan because it can not be turned on fully due to the shaking and unstable ceiling.
The maintance have not came n fixed my disposal
