Went to tour the apartments different units and opened the refrigerator and found bunch of dead baby roaches.
The water is always being shut off for pipe repairs. The trash bins are always overflowing and garbage blows everywhere. Maintenence takes forever to fix anything. They have cheap thin linoleum on the floors, and ugly grey walls. The cabinets are crooked and warped. They have a severe roach problem and i paid for my own pest control. Office staff is never there nor will they answer the phone. And now the "water boiler system is down". So its cold showers until further notice.
Guy with a hellcat revs his engine all the time for no reason and did a burnout today close to other people's cars. Management doesn't care about what he does
