This has been the best place for my boy. So convenient to TX State. My only wish would be for someone with a pulse to answer the phone not an AI robot. Starting at 8:45am(I know they open at 10am-figured someone would listen to messages and call me back), I spent an entire day trying to talk to someone on the phone, leaving messages and never received a call back. This isnt the 1st time. Last time no one called me back after a couple days, so I drove down from Georgetown. It was resolved right away,but it took me going there to talk to someone. Very disappointed with this AI answering calls.

This photo doesn't show how bad the pool has been. But in the photo you can see the yellow stains on the bottom. That was like two weeks after I moved in and it got way worse. It was completely yellow and green, full of trash, and had these gross bubbles sitting on the surface for months. I think if you swam in it you would've gotten a disease or something. And the big screen works maybe one day out of the week. Two of these photos were taking three weeks after they sent an email saying they would finally clean the pool.

⭐️ 1 star Do NOT move here expecting “luxury” apartments. We’ve only lived here for about two months and have had nonstop problems with maintenance, management, plumbing, appliances, pests, and security. The day we moved in, our water heater was leaking into roughly half a foot of standing water with mold around it, and our apartment smelled strongly of mold. We were told the water heater would be replaced, but it still hasn’t been. We went days without hot water and still have plumbing issues where you can’t get a warm shower if someone else is using water.
