Our experience at The Patton changed significantly after RKW Residential (which i believe is now Arqline) took over management of the property. From that point forward, communication and customer service noticeably declined. The issues began during the lease renewal process. Although our renewal information was made available on January 21, our 60 day notice deadline was January 30, leaving us only nine days to decide whether to renew or move. We felt this was an unreasonable amount of time to make such a significant decision.

**Update** I have sent 4 follow up emails asking where to submit payment and have not received any replies. When I first moved in, I genuinely enjoyed it here. The front desk staff was friendly, the coffee and snack area was always stocked, and the halls were kept clean. There was a minor homeless presence nearby, but it never caused problems for me. Then management changed and the property became “the Avery” and the decline was steep. Front desk staff was cut entirely; they claim someone’s there Thursdays and Fridays, but in practice they’re either absent or too busy to help.
