I have decided to write this review anonymously as to not receive any backlash from the leasing office but to warn others as well as they may find themselves in a similar situation if they travel for work, have work change unexpectedly, or just simply live paycheck to paycheck with children and do not have an abundance of money.
Really nice place. They have great apartments
The Residences of Sweet Bay is truly an exceptional place to call home. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the attention to detail throughout the property, there is a genuine sense of quality, care, and pride in the community. Everything is consistently kept immaculate and in pristine condition. A special recognition goes to Rebecca, the property manager, who is outstanding at what she does. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of the community.
