Holly helped me with my tour and was super patient with me, as well as showed me all the possibilities in this building. I ended up picking another building due to the lifestyle I'm going for, but I wanted to recognize Holly for her great work and communication during this stressful time in my life. I’m really looking forward to moving into Thurman! My experience so far has been great. Leasing consultant, Wendy De La O has been amazing—super friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I can’t wait to settle into my new place.

Leasing agent Terrance did not follow up or return my messages and the person I spoke to when I called couldn’t help me. She kept redirecting me to the website, wouldn’t answer questions and wouldn’t leva ea note or direct me to someone else even after admitting she didn’t know how to help me . All I needed was information on the apartment I saw, and info on new apartments opening up. I’m unsure how that is hard. This gave me a bad pov of this place and was a terrible start to my day. Edit: received a call back and was left just as stressed.
