Be careful you will apply, pay the application fee and never hear anything back. I have emailed them and call a bunch of times. All the phone does is ring no one ever answers. Lost my application fee to this one.

Alright I’m doing this again since the owner keeps telling me “give us a call” for lord sake I have called like 30 times and I don’t get any help from anyone . I have the money to move into my unit today! But no one will contact me, no one will answer an email or a text. How are you supposed to be an income restricted apartment but have to make 2.5 times the rent. You’re just making like 50 times harder than it needs to be. I know I can afford your apartment but you’re losing money by discriminating people who make less. I will ask one more time, will someone send me my lease!
