Student Housing Near Baylor University - Waco

The View on 10th is the most detestable apartment complex within the Baylor Bubble. Living at The View was nothing short of a nightmare. On the tour, the sample apartment they show you is clean and inviting. Yet, upon entering my apartment, my roommates and I found it disgustingly filthy, dirty, and dusty. The bathtub was filled with disgusting yellow stains, along with stains on the walls and mattresses.
They charged me insane charges on move out and when I emailed and called for further clarification/proof they ignored me. I then kept receiving emails that I would be contacted by a 3rd party source if I didn’t pay the charges. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
My daughter has had no air conditioning for the last 24 hours. We are currently in a heatwave in Texas with outdoor temps above 105 degrees. Their thermostat has been at 96 degrees for almost 24 hours! They say maintenance is working on it, but nothing is changing! When you try to call, only an AI chatbot or a machine answers!
