Aquatic Fourth Street

Aquatic Fourth Street has been a great find. The rooftop is beautiful with amazing views of the city, and the gym is spacious and always well kept. Lexie in the leasing office was fantastic - she showed us several apartments, went through the amenities with us, and was easy to reach and quick to answer questions throughout. Knowing maintenance lives on site was another big selling point. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place!

this is the place to live if you don't care about your security deposit good place to live, lived here for 6 months and the leasing office is very sweet and try to build community but unfortunately they will hide things at your move-in inspection, stop communicating during your move-out inspection and rob you with the security deposit. don't expect to get more than half of it back. I'm not sure if it was always like this or only started happening with recent new hires I've been seeing towards the end of my lease in June. typical Greystar property things unfortunately

The Aquatic is an amazing place to live! We have been here a year and have really enjoyed our time. The neighbors are so nice, the apartment is spacious and clean, and any issues you may have are dealt with immediately. The main office peeps (Lexie, Laura, and Haley) are always welcoming and quick to answer any questions. Brennan has fixed a couple of things for us and is very professional. The cleaning crew at the Aquatic is also very good. This location is stellar and I highly recommend living here!
